Описание:
This asana sequence will bring you back to life, if you have had too much food or drinks the night before. Try to practice these asanas and you will get rid of a headache and swelling. Go for easier variations, if the proposed ones are a bit too demanding at the moment. E.g. bend your legs in Jathara Parivartanasana. It would be a good idea to practice the whole sequence including Savasana twice. Do not eat before the practice. After the practice have 2 glasses of water.
